These terms apply to services provided under the trading name Amazon ePublishing Expert.
Services and deliverables are defined in the written project brief and quote agreed with each client. Publishing platform fees and approvals are controlled by the platforms.
Each package includes up to 30 revision rounds per project, as long as the original brief stays the same. Material changes in scope may require a revised quote.
Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in the Refund Policy. Please review the applicable timelines and service-specific limits before purchasing.
Materials supplied by the client, including manuscripts, images and ideas, always remain the client's property. If a refund is issued, the client may not use, publish or distribute refunded deliverables.
